The company has grown by leaps and bounds, established in the year 1983 by Mr. A. B. Patil who dawned a new era in the field of refined engineering. He started the voyage with the production of Plunger type Oil Pumps, with minimum machinery, foresighted vision and the supportive role offered by M/s Kirloskar Oil Engines Ltd. Pune. During the period of 5 years i.e. 1983 to 1988, more than 1 Lac pumps of this series were manufactured and supplied.
In the year 1987 the company took a step ahead and shifted to the manufacturing of AV1 Steel Gear Pump Assembly and subsequently in the year 1988 another series of AV2 Gear pump Assembly was undertaken. In next period of four years up to 1991 company produced about 40,000 pumps of both the series. Today, the company is known as a successful Gear Oil Pump Manufacturer and Supplier in India.
Another important event heralded in the year 1990 with the manufacture of one of the most crucial assembly of RA 2 Gear Pump, which is known for its accuracy and still runs successfully in manufacturing line. The production of this pump has so far crossed 7 Lac units.
Machines –
We have all the machines necessary to manufacture oil pumps which include SPMs, CNC turning centres, VMCs, grinding machines, drilling machine conventional lathe machines and component cleaning machines. The entire manufacturing area is expoxy coated to ensure dust free environment.
Inspection facilities.
We have all inspection facilities required for oil pumps which includes, standard room, Digital height gauge (Lease count 0.0005 mm), Millipore testing set up, surface finish tester, specially developed pump performance testing machines and all types of micrometers, verniers, dial gauges.
Other Facilities
The company undertakes all crucial and diversified customized tailor made job works involving accurate and precise grinding, machining (Which involves CNC and VMC machining) of any type of assemblies, with the same care and dedication. Future Horizons
On the anvil is the rapid and ambitious progressive expansion in all the domains from men, machinery, market, product, to meet the future demands of the customers, by installing a technologically upgraded site involving CNC and VMC machines. We are planning to start manufacturing hydraulic pumps.
